The Middlebury Homeowners Association collects assessments biannually to fund common expenses and community operations.

Assessments are due biannually on 

JANUARY 1st 

& 

JULY 1st 

A late payment will be assessed for those who do not pay dues on time.

Important Information

Processing fees charged by the payment provider are paid by the homeowner at checkout.

The Association does not retain any portion of these fees.
Online payments are optional.
