Resale certificates are required for property transfers.

Under the Maryland Homeowners Association Act (Real Property §11B-106), a homeowner or authorized agent may request a resale disclosure packet for properties within the Middlebury HOA. This packet includes mandatory disclosures, governing documents, financial information, and assessment status required for property resale.

Processing Timeline & Fees

Per Maryland law, the HOA will provide the resale disclosure information within 20 calendar days after receipt of the completed request and payment of applicable fees. The packet must include all required disclosures listed under §11B-106, including current assessments, fees, governing documents, and any known material changes.
